The Spectra Assessment will measure your individual beliefs, and interpersonal skills related to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. The Spectra Assessment can also assess your organization’s management, culture, and policies, practices, procedures.

Keep in mind, our assessment was designed to be appropriate for all employees, from entry level employees to leadership. It is intentionally written at an 8th grade level and for those who may have English as a second language in an effort to be as inclusive as possible.
