Introducing our Diversity Inclusion Experts
Our Executive Team works closely with our Enterprise Partners and our Change Partner Facilitators
Chris Jones, Founding Partner
Chris Jones is a producer and writer of all forms of media — from instructional design and blogs to SEO website copy and documentary films shown on PBS and other venues. Her writing has appeared in trade journals, white papers, 150+ websites and on the silver screen at film festivals. She was elected as the International President of the International Television Association — a 9,000-member professional organization. Chris has been involved in D&I work as an instructional designer and in other roles for the past 10 years. She is a self-described nerd and social justice warrior. Her hobbies include international travel, singing in choir, biking (pedal – not vroom) and book club. Her personal goal is always to be the best ally possible.
Beginning with Viet Nam War protests and continuing through protesting the most recent War in Iraq, I’ve always tried to “show up” when an issue is important. The sign I carried to the Women’s March in January of 2017 carried the hashtags #Equal Pay for Women #Black Lives Matter #Choice Matters #Gun Safety Matters #Voting Rights Matter #LGBTQ Rights Matter #The Environment Matters

My passion and desire is to assist organizations and individuals reach new levels of success by understanding and demonstrating sensitivity, trust, appreciation, and respect (STAR behaviors). These are my values that must be alive and vibrant in our own interactions with each other – at all times. While I can’t say that I accomplish this daunting task to perfection, I can say that I am proud that after thirty years of growing this business, these values truly represent the foundation from which we all work and that we can never take simple human interaction for granted.”

As one of the first Airbnb hosts, I hosted 75 people from 11 countries in my home in Minnesota. I was so profoundly moved by the experience of getting to know people of a wide variety of nationalities that I wrote a song, The World Has Arrived At My Door. “With common respect, our lives intersect; we find all the ways we connect. The world can be yours; just open your doors.”
